We need some urgent help: I am trying to connect a new Vex IQ brain to my macbook. I just installed VexOS utility. After connecting the brain to the Mac with microUSB cable, I started VexOS utility. Then I turned on the brain. The brain turned on ok, showing Driver Control and Demos on the Program list. On the VexOS utility app side, however, it doesn’t seem able to connect. The box that says “VEX” keeps flashing and under it shows the message “Connect a VEX product via USB”. I have tried two different macbooks and different microUSB cables, and four different brains. The only time I was ever able to connect to a brain was with someone else’ VEX IQ brain, which unfortunately we need to return. I suspect I’m doing something wrong. Can anyone please advise? Thank you.
what vexos version is the brain running ? What OS is the MacBook running ? Pull up system information on the Mac and see if the IQ brain is being detected in the USB device list.

The brain OS is v2.1.3. Mac OS is macOS High Sierra version 10.13.6. I don’t see IQ brain on USB device list…
I actually just tried with a windows laptop , still doesn’t work.
