My vex iq brain is acting weird when I turn it on it plays the sound it does when it turns on and shows the vex logo but it freezes there at the logo and dosent do anything I just got it and I can’t figure it out please help me

We’re sorry that you have encountered this issue. Please remove all motors and sensors from the Robot Brain, then turn on the Robot Brain. If the Robot Brain turns on okay, then one of the motors or sensors might need to have their firmware updated or reinstalled. If the Robot Brain still gets stuck on the VEX screen, the firmware in the Robot Brain might need to have its firmware reinstalled.
To do this, please visit www.vexiq.com/firmware and download and install the VEX IQ Firmware Update Utility. Then plug in your Robot Brain to your computer via the USB Cable, and launch the Firmware Update Utility. If the Update All Components button is not greyed out, press this button to update the firmware. If this button is greyed out, then please go to the Update menu, then choose Reinstall Current Firmware > Robot Brain.
