VEX IQ Certification -- how long did it take you

For those of you that have finished the VEXIQ certification:

  1. Can you tell me how long it took you to build the test robot
  2. Can you tell me how long it took you to do the rest of the assignments/class?

I’m working on a session to build the robot, and want to have a good estimate on how long to allocate for the build part. I’m not a good example, since the robot uses the standard gear base and common ports, I’ve built more of them that I can recall.

I want to be able to say, “Ok robot is done, now if you go and spend xx more hours, you can be certified”
