Vex Iq radio issues

HELP!!!
Radio’s will not connect but works while tethered. Tried switching radios and still did not connect.

I am having the same issues with 2 out of 3 of my new VEX IQ bots. I hope it is resolved soon.

Usually it is a case of the radios not being pushed all the way in. They can be hard to engage fully the first time and ned to be wiggled and push very hard. There is a great article on Kiwibots about how to recognise if they are correctly engaged:

The rule of thumb is “Push on the radio until you hear a clicking sound. If it’s the radio seating, its good. If it’s your thumb breaking, the radio is bad”
