Vex OS Utility and "missing devices"

I am perplexed. My Vex OS Utility is updated and, yet, it will not recognize all my devices that are plugged in. And, some of the devices it does “see” are the wrong device.
Currently, I have:
1–motor
2–LED
3–empty
4–Gyro
5–empty
6–motor
7–empty
8–empty
9–ultrasonic
10–empty
11–LED
12–empty

and this is what I see on VEX OS Utility

You might try unplugging everything, then one at a time plugging the sensors that aren’t being seen into port one and doing an update to those particular sensors. (right click on the sensor and choose Update Device. Then plug them back into the original ports and see if they appear.
