When trying to get into vexrobotics.com, it seems like there’s an error with my request. Does anyone know why this is happening, or is this happening to other people?

I’m getting the same error message.
Unfortunately it’s looking like the same problem that caused this last time. Our IT team is aware of the problem, and working on it now. Everything should hopefully be back up and running sooner rather than later.
