Where can I find a template for the banner (in the image). If there is no template, do I just need to create my own image? What is the size of the banner?

For the Zionsville competition where we gave banners we just had a student make them. I’m not sure of the demensions.
I figured 
They are pretty cool, but this year I thought that having an official VEX State Champion banner would be cool.
I could try to recreate it, if you’d like (for Indiana, of course :D). It doesn’t look too hard, it wouldn’t be the same thing, of course, but it would look close.
