VEX Team Email April 8, 2010

Greetings 2010 VEX Robotics Competition World Championship Teams,
**
The 2010 VEX Robotics World Championship is only two weeks away!
**
This email is an update for some specific and very important World Championship information your team will need to know - so please be sure to read each section and share the relevant information with everyone on your team. Also, please be sure to keep an eye on your email next week for any final updates and information that we pass along.
Robots must be on VEXnet at the World Championship

Don’t forget, the 2010 VEX World Championship is a VEXnet only event - crystals will not be used or allowed at the event. Please make sure your robot competing has the VEXNet upgrade already installed and working before you get to the event. Teams should also verify that you have the most recent update for EasyC or ROBOTC, depending on which software you are using.

**Team Pictures and Video Clips
**
We may have some opportunities to display team pictures and video clips at the 2010 VRC World Championship. If your team has some great photos and/or short video clips that you would like to share, we’d love to see them! Some of the particular images we’d love to see are: complete team pictures with the robot included, great shots of robots in action, pictures/video of team member reactions (students working on the robots, students working with teachers and mentors, drivers and coaches during matches, cheering sections, celebration, excitement, teamwork, concentration and yes -even the occasional moments of confusion or concern). If you and your team have such images/media files to share, you can submit them at this special web page we’ve set up:
