VEX Robotics Competition World Championship Teams,

Here is an exciting update regarding the availability of 2010 VEX Robotics Competition World Championship apparel!

This year, Northwest Designs will be on-site offering made-to-order custom championship t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets and more for attendees interested in purchasing VEX World Championship clothing. We wanted to let you know what will be available for purchase, so that you can pass the message on to your team members.

All orders are completed on-site (no pre-order option available) and each team member will need to bring payment in the form of cash or credit card. It is not mandatory to participate and there are no minimum orders. The complete list of items, prices and customizing options can be found below.

IMPORTANT to Note:

  1.  Apparel can also be customized to include the names of each team member.  In order to take advantage of this offering, team mentors need to send their team roster to [email protected] by **April 16, 2010**.  Each roster should include the team name, team number and each team member's (students, coaches and mentors) first and last name.  **If you do not send your roster to the above email address by April 16, 2010 – your team members WILL NOT be able to include individual names on the apparel.**   

  2.  Acceptable Methods of Payment: ** Cash and credit cards ONLY**.  No checks will be accepted.

  3.  Apparel Options:

· Basic Design – includes the official VEX Robotics World Championship logo on the front of the item.

· Complete Design – includes the official VEX Robotics World Championship logo, a sleeve print, as well as the team name, team number and list of team members on the back with a star by the purchasers name. List of team names is only available for teams that send their roster to [email protected] by April 16, 2010

· Deluxe Design – includes the Complete Design package offerings plus an additional logo on the back.
