How to set up teams to compete for third place in the knockout stage? I can only find the semifinals and finals.
There is no third place match. The only awards given for tournament performance are tournament champion and finalist (1st and 2nd), so a third place match is unnecessary.

@Daveisarobot is correct, there is no 3rd place match. If you look at TM it will show you in the final rankings who was 3rd and 4th.
If you really want to battle it out for 3rd, just use the test match to run it.
