VEX V5 brain won't update

Our VEX V5 brain’s update/download port broke beyond repair. We tried to use Bluetooth, but it didn’t work. Any ideas?

You can only update a V5 brain via the direct USB connection.

Is there no other way? Like using bluetooth with other devices? Is there a way to repair our brain?

It takes too long to update using bluetooth or wirelessly via the controller, so we have disabled that capability.
