Vex V5 Connection

So during matches we have been having connection problems with the V5 items not shutting off during the matches not letting us reconnect any ideas how to fix it or any suggestions how to make it happen less?

My first response is to not post this in an IQ thread. That being said, make sure that: your batteries are fully charged and that you have the latest firmware and that your smart cable to the radio is relatively straight with no kinks and a little bit of slack.

Check the connector on the radio cable, it’ s important that it sits tightly and snaps into place.
