Vex VRC Hub scoring error

I found a bug in the high stakes score calculator in the VRC Hub app. The max score should be 88

Assumming that you can only place rings of your color onto your alliance specific stake and taking into account that you only have 24 rings the max amount of points your alliance could get would be 88 per alliance Two Full mobile goals in double=32 7 more top rings=21 5 other rings=5 Two Tier 3 hangs=24 Aunton=6 But if you can put rings of an opposing color onto your alliances stake and have the points count towards your alliance the max would be 90 as 74100dEli said.

88 checks out as the max score with the app however, if you

1. Set the high stake to have no rings
2. Increase a ring on another stack
3. Give the high stake a ring

You end up with 89 points by having the same score but +1 for the extra ring on a stake. Afterwards by pressing the minus button on any of the non-high stakes it gets reset to 88 and you can’t press the plus button again to add it back. (The extra ring isn’t permanent).

tl;dr Adding a ring to the high stake doesn’t check if the maximum number of rings has been reached.
