VEXcode GO app not fully work on i-Tab 10 Android tablet

Hello VEX Community,

I’m trying to run VEXcode GO on my i-Tab 10 Android tablet but experiencing issues. The app installs from the Play Store, but it doesn’t function properly.

Has anyone successfully used VEXcode GO with this tablet model or experienced similar issues?

Could you please provide the minimum requirements needed for an Android tablet?

Any suggestions for troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Not properly how?
as for requirements, it image

Sometimes, I can not control an element connected to a port, and if it functions, the control is not smooth. For example, if I am controlling an arm, it moves up/down very fast.

Hi Eminal,

We have a couple of questions. Are you using the GO Drive tab to control the arm, or are you working within a Blocks project? If you’re using the Drive tab, please note that it’s primarily designed for drivetrain control and can be more sensitive to motor movements. Unfortunately, you cannot adjust the velocity when using the Drive tab.

Blocks projects give you more control over the arm motor, including the ability to adjust velocity. Do you experience the same issue when using a Blocks project? Try setting the velocity of the motor to 10%.

If the issue persists, we recommend clicking the Feedback button in the upper-right corner when the issue occurs. Be sure to include diagnostic data so the team can review the logs and better identify any potential problems.

Dear Catherine,

Thank you very much for all this information. The problem is faced only when I use GO Drive tab.
