VEXCode IQ Blocks giving all X's when downloading program

We are currently using IQ Blocks for coding. Whenever students are trying to download their very simple code (when TouchLED is pressed, go forward 3 inches), the program will download onto the brain with all X’s as the name file and it will give the “User program has exceeded time limit of 3 seconds” error. All firmware is up to date. Any ideas on what the issue is?

Make sure you are running VEXcode IQ Blocks 1.0.8 and also running firmware 2.1.4 on the IQ Brain - most of these issues have been resolved in the latest builds.
