I got a notification that vex v5 pro is no longer supported, instead it says it is replaced by vex visual studio.

I’m not really sure what you are asking, however, the notice says that VEXcode Pro V5 is now end of life and will no longer receive any further updates. That’s doesn’t mean it will immediately stop working, it just means that it will receive no more bug fixes and if, for example, vex introduces a new “fill in the blank” sensor, that will not be added to the program.
If it works for you, continue to use it.
If your programs are really simple, say < 100 lines of code in a single file, perhaps switch to regular VEXcode.
If you have complex, multi-file projects then consider switching to Visual Studio Code and add the vex robotics extension to support build and download to our products.
