VexIq autonomous variability due to battery

When running autonomous, how sensitive are the robots’ sensors and motors to battery level. Is it a good practice to only run autonomous with x% of battery left?

Motors are sensitive, sensors are not. The classic, drive a straight line on motors only is almost impossible due to battery, friction, differences between motors. Add some sensors and it’s much easier.

Every great auto-routine has sensors at its base.
