Hello,
I was wondering if it was possible to record what the vision sensor sees and export it as a Video file to download.

The vision sensor can emit a WiFi network which will let you see its video in a web browser:

Probably the first thing I would try is to load the vision sensor’s camera feed page as a “browser source” in OBS, and use that to record an mp4 or similar.

You’ll probably want to set OBS’s “Base/canvas resolution” and “output resolution”, as well as the size of the browser source page, to 640x400 as that’s the resolution of the vision sensor’s camera.
