VEXnet 2.0 Update

Our team is just beginning to switch over to VEXnet 2.0
I’ve just updated the VEXnet Upgrade Utility for the microcontroller and joystick, and I tried installing the VEXnet 2.0 Radio Firmware Update Set Up. However, when I install the latter, “SetupCopyOEMInf() call failed - code - 536870353” pops up on the screen, and when I press “OK” I’m told that the Firmware has been successfully installed. And finally, when I plug in the VEXnet key into a USB port, my computer won’t recognize that it’s plugged in.

Am I doing this entirely wrong or am I just missing something?

It sounds like there may be an issue with the Vexnet Upgrade utility. Version 4.1.0 can be found Here. Make sure you are an administrator on the PC when installing the utility.
