VexOS Utility v2.0.2

Hello,

I am currently trying to complete a firmware update but one of my motors just wont accept the update no matter how many times I try it.

Can someone please give me some tips on how to solve this problem, I would appreciate it so very much.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our forum.
In order to diagnose this issue we will need to have your VEXos log file, please do a right click on the brain icon and then select “Save Log File”
Screenshot attached for your reference.

Then you may attach the file through the forum or email it to support@vex.com

Have you tried moving the motor to port1 by itself and performing an update?

What we recommend is to completely uninstall VEXos and then reinstall it from this page:

Let us know if this alleviates the problem.
