Virtual Worlds Requirements

I am looking through the licenses for virtual worlds.
Do I need both classroom license (Probably non-expiring classroom) and the Virtual World site license too?

RobotC by itself is free for each registered VEX Robotics Team.

To add Virtual Worlds into your classroom, you have the following options for a 30 seat classroom license:

  1. An annual license for $300 for 30 Seats
  2. A perpetual license for $599 for 30 Seats

Fair warning on Perpetual Licenses You only get to upgrade within the major version you purchased. This means, if you buy version 4.x today, you get all future upgrades for 4.x. But if version 5.x is released, you will need a new perpetual license for all 5.x versions.
