From my experience, the vision sensor is actually pretty decent when looking at objects on the field. Yes lighting changes mess up the colors, but you can recalibrate them easily and it generally doesn’t break between fields in the same tournament. I have briefly tested with the cubes in different lighting and it seems like it’ll work acceptably. Vision Sensor in Tower Takeover

Does the vision sensor have any real use or viability in Tower Takeover? I can’t think of anything it could really do.

Is there any use for vision sensor in this competition?

I want to incorperate a vision sensor into my robot ,but I can not think of any practical uses for it.
