Vrc elimination match tie

This came up yesterday in a competition. There was a tie 105-105 in a quarter finals elimination match. After finding a double scored tile - the team I mentor won by 3. But I wondered what would happen if it had stayed tied.

I assume they play another match, but I didn’t find the answer in the game manual. I found some forum posts from past years that referenced specific rules for breaking ties for past games.

Yesterday I saw two teams tie in Eliminations. They just played another match.
