VRC Spin Up Full Field Element & Game Element Kit - Anyone Selling?

I am on the RIT VEXU team and we are hosting two events in the next few weeks. We were planning to order three more sets of the field element kits, however, they are now sold out.

I am wondering if anyone has a spare full set of field element kits that I could buy from, or just pay for shipping?
I could also pick them up if you are in the area.

I would recommend reaching out to your RECF Event Engagement Manager who can connect you with other EPs and Teams in your area for loaners.

Here in Delmarva we try to be a community. So I can bring one, you give me a free invite. You come to my event, you bring your field, I waive the fee. Three things happen:

  • RECF spends millions on EPs to have them get 6 sets of elements for their one event. If six teams each bring a set then it’s far fewer sets needed, their costs drop.
  • More sense of “you help me, I help you”. It introduces “less entitlements” by team parents. I’m coming to your event, I expect to be catered to vs I’m coming to your space with my field to make this a great event. I grew up in the land of pot-luck dinners, we all share or we all starve
  • Less waste. At the end of the day all of the VRC / VEXU stuff is in a land fill. The VIQ field is parts that can be used for another season. (which is a great reason to do VIQ)

Hi, our VEX MS/HS event is on February 12th and college VEXU event is on February 18th. You are welcome to come to our event and I can waive the fee.

Cool that you are running Sunday events, but 12 Feb Superbowl Sunday is a bold move. I can see having an alternative for Bills, Giants and Jets fans may work out. Good luck!!
