I am trying to download a program to the brain through Vex VSCode IQ and it is giving my this error:

So, I figured out that the program is uploading on the wron COM port (thank you AI).
The COM port for the brain is 15, the controller is 17, and the program is downloading on 16. Is there anyway to manually change the COM port on either the brain/controller or for VSCode?
Should the 2 numbers be the same or is it a diffrent issue?
It’s using the correct port, the IQ2 brain has two serial channels.
Make sure no other programs that may be using the port are open, VEXcode desktop or web etc.
