I know this technically isn’t the right sub-forum to ask, but if I asked on The Website & Forum Support sub-forum, it wouldn’t actually appear on the homepage so hardly anyone would actually see it or reply (which is something else that I have issues with, but I can kinda see why they might have it set up this way…)

This is why - The structure of the VEX web support team changed a few months ago and some of the new staff were not aware that the Website & Forum Support sub-forum don’t show up in the portal.

As always, we appreciate the feedback as we continue our efforts to provide the best user experience possible, and will work to rectify this situation.
