Well, this is extremely annoying

When I ordered all the gears and pneumatics I need, I also ordered a starstruck field element kit. Now they won’t ship it until 4 weeks from now. What do I do? Can I email them to have them ship everything but the starstruck field element kit? I kinda am half a year late starting to have my driver practice, and by this estimate, I only have a few weeks to actually practice before competing. crisis averted! I emailed them and they shipped it!

You can build a practice fence with wood and you should have some pieces from your welcome kit. Or contact nearby teams and ask if you can come to their place top practice.

Welcome kit? Also, the main problem is that I cannot make my robot.

Well… I don’t believe there’s a fix other than contacting them because everything goes into one or two boxes. In my opinion, calling or sending an email will be the best bet to do in order to get the part shipments early in a separate box.

When you register with RECF, you should have received a box with a couple of stars, a cube, a pack of license plates, and Engineering Notebook and other stuff. That is the welcome kit. My experience is that they will ship what they have in stock and send the rest when it becomes available. I would call them to find out what is going on.

It won’t help you this time because we sold out of Starstruck kits right after VEX did, but since you are in Colorado, check the Robotmesh.com website for inventory. We sometimes still have VEX parts in our warehouse when VEX itself is sold out. We are an authorized VEX educational reseller.
