Not enough information to say for sure… Duplicate spots for a specific event region championship is pulled from that championship event skills list, not the global skills ranking.
There are 10 spots that will be given to Worlds from the Global Skills Ranking to teams that have not yet qualified to Worlds through other means.
All this is explained in the Qualifying Criteria document.
Look at what awards qualify from you region. if you didnt get any of those look at double quals and see how far down the skills list it will go. If you still dont have a qualification then your not going to and your best chance at going to worlds is the Wait list which is a very very small chance.
