“Get the code done.”
Seriously, we never once referred to our coder by her name last year. It was always, “Hey, get the code done.”

To quote Our builder when he had to help me build a part for our robot. “Look, I got the part done!!!” Me “Thanks. I have the other 6 done. Let me put it on the robot now.” That’s why, whenever something goes wrong, we say “Come on, (Insert Programmers name)!”
He also tried to convince us to refer to him as “progamer” instead of “Programmer” We locked him out of the room when he left for a second.

If the robot was not modified at all during the duration of the 3 months and they had quite literally 3 months worth of time working with the physical robot, I don’t think you should be calling them the programmer.
