Dedicated team members and resources are the most important factors to my teams success during vex

Mostly just dedication. You need to pour hours upon hours of work to be successful. Vex needs to be the thing that you do. You also need knowledge, so your work is in the right direction. You can gain knowledge from places like discord and vexforum, but you gain a lot of knowledge through experience as well. Resources are important too, but only to some degree. you really only need access to aluminum parts, some good tools, and the ability to make purchases that you need. There are extra things like cnc machines that help but you really don’t need to succeed.

Sure you can have talented team members, but in the end it all comes down to hard cold grit and hours of building.
