On my old iPod I had downloaded DWAB Technology’s vex skyrise official manual app however I am now unable to find or download the app on my iPad as it " doesn’t exist". Why was it removed?
I’ve contacted DWAB Technology, they’ll be looking into this and will post a response here with their findings.
The Skyrise app is still available in the App Store. On the iPad you may need to switch to “iPhone Apps” to see it. Also if you happen to be using an original iPad (iPad 1), it is no longer supported.

Do we have any idea on when the manual is going to be updated for the app?
