What happened when we found out that the head ref is uncertified by REC?

Head Referees must be qualified

We had this ref in a qualified event and will have him again in a national event in Feb that can directly send teams to VEX Worlds. We suspect that he is not certified by REC yet. I guess we need to wait until Feb to see if he does the head ref training course, but what will happen if he doesn’t? How do we request the event partner or vex coordinator to investigate this case?
