Sorry for my dumb question, but I don’t know what it is, or its use in competition. I am assuming it is a mech for clearing out the rings in the corner, but I just want some reassurance. Thanks in advance.

Yes, and used as an extra arm for game object manipulation (tipping goals, goal rush, etc.)

Yes, a doinker is usually a pneumatic powered mech that clears Rings out of the corners so you can place Mobile Goals there.

I had to deny a few posts to this thread referencing names for mechanisms that are not in any way appropriate for the forum. It may be wise to consider how y’all refer to mechanisms, especially if you’re preparing to discuss them in judge interviews and your engineering notebooks!
