What is included in a 2nd teams license kit. Is there a engineering notebook?
If I understand your question correctly, the answer is nothing. The organization’s first $150 registration gets an engineering notebook, game element, and a sammy. All subsequent $100 registrations from the same organization receive nothing.

The contents of the welcome kit are not worth $150. Part of that cost goes to RECF to run the program.

It’s the little figure you can build out of the VEX IQ parts. It’s a pulley, a 1x4, 4 30 degree angles and some pins.
The “cost” is the RECF fees, the other items are to help get you started.

I love the astronauts, I wish they sold them like minifigs. All of my cool robots have an astronaut aboard. I’ve spent way too much time on building little roll cages for them to ride in.
