What is the diameter of the ladder rungs?

In my reading of the High Stakes game manual, I could not find the exact outside diameter of the elevation ladder rungs. Does anyone know where to find this measurement?

On page 118 of the game manual, the image shows the top of the bottom rung of the ladder is 18.16 inches off the ground, and the bottom of the rung is 16.13 inches off the ground, so the rung’s height is 18.16 - 16.13 = 2.03 inches.
