How high up is the red bar that is over the triball? We want to make sure the robot can go under that to the opponents side to obtain triballs, and although the height limit is 18", we are not sure about the height of the red bar.
All of that information is available in the game manual. Go near the end, appendix A, and Vex has almost every dimension you could want.

The hight of the tall pvc pipe is about 3 feet but with the cap its about 2ft and 10 in

It’s in appendix A which is closer to the back. On my pdf it starts on page 79. If you are using the vrc hub, it doesn’t have the appendixes so you need to download the real thing.
