What is the name of the mechanism that ....

I can’t remember the name of the mechanism that will keep a scoop level on the end of a 4 or 6 bar lift. Can anyone help with that. I have seen an example on Youtube. I think it had a gear on the scoop and a gear on the lift. As the lift is raised it rotates the scoop to keep it level.

Are you talking about a Chain Bar Lift?

I love your web page! In 30 seconds, I can show my students a clear overview of some of the most important lifts, because your CAD views only include the lift (rather than all the extras of a complete robot). Thanks for sharing this.

I actually had some better images of the 6-Bar, but we wiped our computer. I will also be making some 4-Bar picks.

What I also think I will do is include the Inventor File so people can look more in-depth at the model.
