what piece is 7700R using for the 4 bar on top? I’ve been seeing it a lot but I can’t tell what piece it is

I believe you’re referring to the clear thin piece on top of their intake system. In that case I believe that they’re using a non-shattering plastic since plexiglass isn’t allowed in VEX. There are plenty of threads on the subject already…
If you’re talking about the 4 bar I think it’s standoffs.
@vyx it’s actually not a really long standoff, it’s just 2 or 3 long stabdoffs connected with standoff connectors. These can be made if you don’t have any, by cutting heads off 1" screws.
