For example, our robot’s base is half an inch too small to double stack easily. And to fix it we would have to get use 3 new c-channels that are just one hole longer, disassemble the robot (and reassemble) and redo the spacer-ing for the intake arms.
I built a cascade over the summer and didn’t account for aluminum c channel thickness properly so the whole thing sways like a pool noodle in the wind
Guess who’s spending the next 72 hours rebuilding it
Making our arm lift up without going sideways… Gonna take a while since we have to replace many things
My base is too wide I think
slimming down the chassis to make stacking in large goal zone easier

thats just a minor issue
And you said our is bad.
lol, I don’t have to rebuild it, I just want to now so I don’t have to do a worlds rebuild (If I make it).
This is my bot before the rebuild.
loooooooooooooooooong tray
Our intake was built to fold in sideways, so when we had folding problems we got dq’ed from a tournament. We had to change how we fold, and now we are in the process of completely dismantling the intake.
