What qualifies as "at least two (2) of the Online Challenges "

**CLARIFICATION - This question is for VEX IQ - does a VEX IQ team have to submit “2” online challenges in order to be considered for Excellence Award in the VEX Robotics Competition Division at World Championship.”

Email states “team must enter at least two (2) of the Online Challenges in order to be considered for the Excellence Award in the VEX Robotics Competition Division at World Championship.”

Question – If the team enters one (1) “team” competition. Could the team use a team member’s “individual” competition challenge to meet the second required “Online Challenges in order to be considered for the Excellence Award in the VEX Robotics Competition Division at World Championship.” ?? In sum the team would have 1 “team” competition and 1 “individual” competition to meet the - at least two (2) of the Online Challenges in order to be considered for the Excellence Award in the VEX Robotics Competition Division at World Championship.”

For VRC your team must enter two different Online Challenges in order to be considered for the Excellence Award at World Championship.

To clarify for VEX IQ
At this time, there is no requirement for VEX IQ teams to enter Online Challenges in order to be considered for the Excellence Award at World Championship.

Also, please realize that having an individual entry and a team entry for the same challenge is risky because if the individual is part of the same team submitting the team entry, that can be considered a double entry, which is not permitted. Only one entry per team is allowed, so because the team number will be on both the individual entry and the team entry, we advise against this in order to avoid disqualification.
