What cool robot thing did you get for Christmas?
Since I have two rooms full of VEX parts, they don’t make a good Christmas gift for me. This year I got a small Hexapod kit, with the advanced grapple hand.
It’s always fun to see how other people approach projects. If it goes well I’ll see if I can build something similar with the Hexbug Ant kit.
What cool robot thing did you get this year? (Open to drones too, I’ve seen so many interesting ones in the stores)
I got a new PC monitor, candy, candy, and more candy.

Do tools count? I got an crafts man brand electric screwdriver that is powered by whichever way you turn it. Pretty cool.

You mean the ninja driver you just turn your wrist and it takes off? I have one of them and it’s wonderful. Brain goes “Righty Tighty” and the driver goes “On it!”
Tools count, can’t build a robot without tools.
That’s the one. It’s pretty cool.
Don’t build a robot out of candy, build a robot that makes candy. You get more that way.
I got the essentials. A raspberry pi and a 2tb hard drive.
I got a couple things for fly tying and a gopro hero 7 white
I got a non-functional piece of plastic.
So Sad and Santa said you were on the nice list too. But you are in luck, I recycle non-functional plastic that is 3 3⁄8 × 2 1⁄8 inches and sometimes has a mag stripe on the back. Send it to me and I’ll take care of it for you! 
What is your address?
I got a lens for my phone that’ll allow me to record from the driver control station and see the whole field, as well as safety glasses. I also got the inertia sensor as an early gift so I could work with it asap.
I got sleep, Santa said I was on the nice list, and I really thank him for that glorious gift.
I got a top-of-the-line Dremel 4300. Been wanting it for a while now. Watch out for battle bots next year!!! 
Wife and I got a Roomba. Do those count?

No DRow, it does not
3 years ago we had a roomba, but because our dogs shed a lot it eventually led to the roomba dying due to “entanglement” within the internal components. The roomba is no longer working so we had to throw it away. It was indirect entanglement but because it wasnt match affecting we couldn’t dq our dogs.
