Are you referring to cad?

If so, I would recommend onshape. It’s quite beginner friendly and there are many tutorials available to help you learn.

Our team uses Fusion 360 to design the robot.
It’s not a site tho it’s an app

OnShape is a pretty decent free alternative to deisnging your robot, has all the features of all the paid programs, and its web based.

I woiuld suggest not using chromebooks cause I’ve had kids complain it lags, but macbooks on chrome work just fine.

You can also find YouTube Videos with access to libraries for the parts as well

I like protobot because it’s simple, but it definitely isn’t the best.
