When in the 5pm-7pm CST timeframe can we expect the game reveal to be streamed?

Closer to 9 if they continue the trend from last year

Last year was way behind schedule due to issues with the Asia-Pacific division’s connection in the finals. I’d expect it much earlier this year, but yes, at the end after the finals is when you’d expect to see it.
