What would be a good gear ratio for a climbing mech if you don’t have a 100 rpm motor available to you

I am wanting to build a climbing mech on my robot but I don’t have a 100 rpm motor or pneumatics available to me at the moment, what would be a good gear ratio for a robot that is about 10 pounds.

with a regular motor going 200 rpm and red going 100 normally I would recommend like a 7:1 making it go like 14 rpm but with 200 rpm I would use maybe a 12:1 or 15:1. Depends on how heavy the robot is and how efficient your climbing mech is
