This seems like a code problem. Can you please post your code? This could also be a symmetry problem. Make sure that both sides of the drivetrain are symmetrical.
Are the sides spinning different, causing it to turn? Please send a picture or video to show which wheels are not spinning the same direction.
May or may not help.
In devices - are the cords plugged into correct ports? (Left motor cord matches left port on drivetrain? Actual right motor cord plugged in right motor port)?
In devices - drivetrain. Did you reverse one of the motor directions?
