Wheels circling out in the middle

Does anyone know how to stop wheels from circling in the middle thanks. Btw they are Omni with the plastic inserts.

I would use metal inserts. It just so happens that 12 tooth pinion inserts are just about the right size, if you don’t have any metal inserts.

It’s the old wheels with no replaceable inserts

We’ve used lock bars on our wheels before to prevent them from squircling out

I have removed the old plastic square inserts from older omni wheels before with success to put metal ones in. Just use a flathead screwdriver to snap the round parts off on each side, then try to force the leftover square parts through the square. They were glued in, but once I broke the round part off each side, the center part came out relatively easy.
