All of this years previous Updates have been released on VF between 2:56pm and 3:01Pm. so im guessing in about an hour.

Why is making llamas legal less than 1 on the likelihood scale? 
Also how dare you assume we would harm beautiful fluffy animals like llamas for points (cough cough poor Kylo cough cough)
To answer your question though, since it is a Tuesday, I assume that the posting would follow the unscheduled update time of before 5:00pm CST.
