Does anyone know how long it takes for the virtual world of the new game to be released from new game announcement?
Our Vexmen spring programming class is using Virtual Worlds this year and I was wondering how long it typically takes to release the associated virtual world.
(helpful hint: don’t give a bunch of middle schoolers game pads before you do the lecture. They tend not to listen much after that.)
We will be launching the Virtual World of the VRC 2015 game as soon as the announcement is made Friday night, directly after the game is unveiled by VEX. We will have it posted on the Robot Virtual Worlds website (under the Competitions tab) and will have a post on our blog going live at the same time.
We will also be running demos of the Virtual World in the ROBOTC booth as soon as the announcement is made, so feel free to stop by and give it a try at any point during VEX Worlds (after VEX makes the announcement, of course).

We hope to see you there, and we’re happy to hear that you’re using the Virtual Worlds platform to teach programming!](www.robotc.net/blog/)
