Sorry for the inconvenience. I suggest you contact BDS to see if they can help you out. BDS (http://www.bds-tech.com/) is a large VEX reseller in China that runs lots of VEX events. They will probably know a way that will allow you to get the software.
If BDS can’t help you out, please let me know and I will find a solution for you,
