Kind of surprising that (for me anyway) the first page of Google results for “VEX Spin Up Game Manual” did not actually contain the VRC Spin Up game manual.
(It did contain a couple pages with links to the game manual, just not the manual PDF itself)

If you have a mobile phone I would suggest getting the VRC hub app, it has the manuals for this and previous games, and has a scoring tool which you can even use to confirm your scores in a match if you wanted too.
